Safety and Quality Officer

As a Safety and Quality Officer, you'll be a key player in managing the Safety Management System (SMS) across our diverse aviation operations.

Reporting directly to the Compliance and Safety Manager.


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the implementation of flight safety manuals and SMS.
• Conduct thorough safety audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance and safety.
• Analyze incident and accident reports to uncover trends and propose effective preventive measures.
• Design and deliver safety training programs for both crew and ground staff.
• Work collaboratively with technical and operational teams to ensure safety is integrated throughout all flight operations.
• Update and refine manuals and procedures in alignment with the latest regulations.
• Engage in proactive safety communication initiatives.

Experience and Skills:

• Essential Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a quality-related role within the aviation industry, with hands-on experience in CAMO, ATO, Part 145, or AOC settings.
• Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of safety management systems, regulatory compliance, and aviation safety standards.

  • Advanced proficiency in safety auditing and risk management.
  • Proven track record in analyzing and mitigating safety issues.
  • Experience with developing and implementing safety training programs.
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with relevant software tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
