As a Safety and Quality Officer, you'll be a key player in managing the Safety Management System (SMS) across our diverse aviation operations.
Reporting directly to the Compliance and Safety Manager.

Reporting directly to the Compliance and Safety Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the implementation of flight safety manuals and SMS.
- Conduct thorough safety audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance and safety.
- Analyze incident and accident reports to uncover trends and propose effective preventive measures.
- Design and deliver safety training programs for both crew and ground staff.
- Work collaboratively with technical and operational teams to ensure safety is integrated throughout all flight operations.
- Update and refine manuals and procedures in alignment with the latest regulations.
- Engage in proactive safety communication initiatives.
Experience and Skills:
- Essential Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a quality-related role within the aviation industry, with hands-on experience in CAMO, ATO, Part 145, or AOC settings.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of safety management systems, regulatory compliance, and aviation safety standards.
- Desirable Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in safety auditing and risk management.
- Proven track record in analyzing and mitigating safety issues.
- Experience with developing and implementing safety training programs.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with relevant software tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
