Julian Perigo
Managing Director
Julian is based in Malta and manages the Boston Link group as well as Link Talent brand. After graduating in Economics from University of Leeds, Julian started his career in recruitment with Michael Page in London. He transferred to their Sydney office in 2006 before moving back to London in 2009 as Director of the Offshore division covering Malta, Gibraltar, Isle of Man and Channel Islands. Julian founded Boston Link in 2014 and has grown the company to be a leading specialist markets recruitment business.

Yuliia Podzolkova
Manager, Link Talent
Yuliia joined Boston Link initially as a Project Manager for Link Talent, where she was responsible for brand and business development, working with clients and the recruitment lifecycle.
Currently, Yuliia is responsible for growing the Link Talent brand and managing the team. She specializes in the Aviation and Tourism industry sectors, where she oversees talent acquisition, sourcing, and research.
Originally from Ukraine, Yuliia now resides in Malta. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and a Master’s degree in Marketing. Her background encompasses advertising, strategic marketing, SMM, luxury tourism, and service industries.
Outside of work, she enjoys boxing, stretching, and spending quality time with her daughter.

Olivia Levelt
Client Partner
Olivia has joined Link Talent as a Client partner, where she is responsible for business growth, clients interaction and function of the business.
Originally from France, Olivia moved to Malta in 2014. She continued developing her career as a Recruitment Consultant freelance, searching for the best talent in the French market. She has an extensive professional background in recruitment in the retail sector.
Outside of work, Olivia has a passion for fashion, she is a designer and a co-owner of a clothing brand. She practices a healthy lifestyle, enjoying yoga, music and tennis.

Bárbara Canedo Costa
Client Partner
Bárbara, originally from Portugal, completed her Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences. She started her career as a Community Pharmacist and later relocated to Malta to expand her expertise in the pharmaceutical industry. After two and a half years on the island, she embarked on a new chapter in London, focusing on her professional development within the Biopharmaceutical sector.
Having returned to Malta, Bárbara has recently become a member of Link Talent as a Client Partner, specializing in the Pharma & Life Sciences sector.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Bárbara is a passionate traveler, a football fan, and an avid sci-fi aficionado.

Lourens Pahud de Mortanges
Director, The Netherlands
Lourens is a Director in The Netherlands, as well as manager for the Tech team in Malta. Before relocating to Malta he worked as an Online Marketing Advisor at a Digital Marketing Agency. In 2011 he started his own Recruitment company based in Rotterdam, Netherlands. In 2013 he decided to move to Malta to further his career and enjoy the sun. He has since worked in iGaming for over four years managing different roles. He now goes back and forth between our Rotterdam and Malta offices.
When not in the office, Lourens likes to spend time in the gym, leading our lunchtime gym sessions and traveling the world with his family.

Mark Cini
Senior Consultant, Financial Services
Mark is a Senior Consultant at Boston Link in Malta, specialising in Financial Services and iGaming recruitment. He has worked for over 14 years in the Human Resources field within diverse industries. Prior to joining Boston Link, Mark spent 5 years at an international recruitment firm specialising within Finance and ICT.
When not in the office, Mark likes to spend time reading, travelling and going to the gym.

Maria Lara Micallef
Head of Finance
As Head of Finance at Boston Link, Maria oversees the finance function for our group. Maria commenced her career with PWC in Malta and she has worked extensively overseas, both in PWC secondments and as a group senior accountant in Sydney, Australia for a global financial services firm.
Whilst she's not in the office, Maria is busy spending time with her two-year-old boy, family, and friends and loves to keep up with her yoga practice.

Irena Rostkowski
Business Support Manager
Irena is Business Support Manager for our Malta, UK and Dutch offices and ensures that the office is running smoothly. Before joining us she worked for a number of major clothing retailers in Malta, bringing her experience in Front office and HR Administration to Boston Link.
Irena is currently studying for a Bachelor’s in Work and HR at the University of Malta. Outside of the office, Irena loves nature, travel, sports and dogs.
